At PROMAR MC, S.A. / Bay Island Cruises, it is our pleasure to tell you about our company, dedicated for the past 18 years to serving local and international visitors on our tour to Isla Tortuga (Turtle Island).
We are pleased to tell you that in our many years of operation, we have been classified as a safe company and have not had any accidents, neither on land nor at sea.
Our guests are protected by a civil responsibility policy both on land and at sea, as well as a general policy that covers them during their stay on the island.
Our yacht has the following characteristics:
- 2 Cummins Marinos 300 HP motors.
- Radar.
- Satellite navigation systems.
- VHF marine radio.
- Bathrooms.
- Drinking water.
Additionally, we are equipped for all passengers with the following:
- Professional crew members trained for emergency situations. Our captain has more than 10 years' experience and an international maritime license.
- Life jackets in adult and children's sizes.
- Life savers for flotation and in case of falls overboard, as well as personnel trained in their use for rescue.
- Lifeboat with an outboard motor, for rescue and transport.
- First aid kit onboard and in emergency equipment.
- Nighttime signaling system.
